To keep your account secure and protect against fraud, we operate a closed-loop withdrawal policy. This simply means that any funds you withdraw must be returned to the same payment method you used to deposit them. If you attempt to withdraw to a different card, e-wallet, or bank account, your request may be delayed or cancelled.
If your original payment method has expired, been cancelled, or is no longer active, please contact our Support team before requesting a withdrawal so we can help you safely update your details.
