Have you received an error message on-site when trying to action a spin or place a bet?

If it’s stating that you have insufficient funds, a wagering limit that you set may have been reached. To check if this is the case, simply head over to your "Profile", check the "Responsible Gaming" section and have a look at the “Wagering limit” tab.

You can change your limit yourself there, but it will take 24 hours until a new limit is active if it is higher than the limit you had previously.
