It is the responsibility of each player to verify their understanding of the rules of their chosen game before placing bets.
Game Objective
Achieve a higher card count than the dealer, without exceeding 21. The best hand is Blackjack: a two-card hand totalling exactly 21 (Ace + face card or ten). You only compete against the dealer, not other players.
Game Features:
* Played with up to 8 decks.
* Dealer always stands on 17.
* Double Down on any 2 initial cards.
* Split initial cards of equal value.
* Only one Split per hand.
* Single card to each Split Ace.
* No Double Down after Split.
* Insurance offered when the dealer shows an Ace.
* Blackjack pays 3 to 2.
* Insurance pays 2 to 1.
* Push the game when the hands tie.
Basic Rules
- Dealer: The game is hosted by a live dealer.
- Players: Up to 7 seated players.
- Decks: Up to eight standard 52-card decks.
Card Values:
| Card Type | Value |
| 2-10 | Face value |
| Jack, Queen, King | 10 |
| Ace | 1 or 11 (whichever is better) |
Note: A "soft hand" includes an Ace worth 11.
The Deal
1. Betting Time: After the betting time, the dealer deals one card face up to each player, starting from their left and going clockwise, ending with the dealer.
2. Second Card: The dealer then deals a second card face up to each player and face down to themselves.
3. Hand Value: The value of your initial hand is displayed next to your cards.
Blackjack
If your initial two-card hand totals exactly 21, you have Blackjack!
Insurance
- Dealer's Upcard is an Ace: You can buy insurance to protect against the dealer having Blackjack, even if you also have Blackjack.
- Insurance Cost: Half of your main bet.
- Insurance Settlement: Settled separately from your hand's bet.
Insurance Outcomes:
| Dealer's Hand | Your Hand | Result |
| Doesn't Have Blackjack | Any | The round continues. |
| Has Blackjack | Doesn't Have Blackjack | The dealer wins. |
| Has Blackjack | Has Blackjack | The game ends in a push, and your bet is returned. |
- Dealer's Upcard is a Ten or Face Card: No insurance is offered, and the dealer does not check for Blackjack.
Double Down, Hit, or Stand
- If the dealer doesn't have Blackjack, players can improve their hands in turn (clockwise).
- Double Down: Double your bet and receive only one additional card.
- Hit: Request another card without increasing your bet. You can Hit multiple times.
- Stand: End your turn, keeping your current hand.
Split
- Initial Pair: If your initial hand is a pair of equal value, you can split them into two separate hands.
- Separate Bets: Each hand receives a separate bet equal to your main bet.
- Hit After Split: After splitting, you can Hit each hand.
- Split Aces: If you split Aces, you only receive one additional card per hand and cannot Hit further.
Outcome
- Bust: If your hand exceeds 21, you bust and lose your bet.
- Dealer's Turn: After all players have finished, the dealer reveals their downcard.
- Dealer's Rules: The dealer must Hit on 16 or less and Stand on soft 17 or more.
- Winning: You win if your hand is closer to 21 than the dealer's, or if the dealer busts.
- Push: If your hand and the dealer's hand have the same value, it's a push, and your bet is returned.
- Blackjack Superiority: Blackjack beats a 21 comprised of three or more cards. Blackjack also beats a 21 resulting from a split pair.
Side Bets
Optional side bets (Perfect Pairs and 21+3) can be placed along with your main Blackjack bet. You can win on a side bet regardless of your Blackjack outcome.

Game Number
Each round has a unique game number (GMT hour: minute: second). Use this number when contacting Customer Service.
Error Handling
If there is any error, the game pauses, and the dealer notifies the shift manager. You will be notified via chat or on-screen message. If the error can be resolved quickly, the game continues. Otherwise, the round is cancelled, and bets are refunded.
Shuffling
Game-play continues until the cut card is dealt. Subsequently, the cards are shuffled by a dealer or a shuffler.
If a shuffle table is available, then two shoes with two sets of playing cards are used at the table. In this case, the dealer swaps the shoes, and the shuffle is performed by a shuffler at the shuffling table while the dealer continues to host the game round.”
