What should I do if I receive a suspicious email/SMS claiming to be from BetMGM?

If you receive an email/SMS that appears to come from us, it’s a scam if it asks for your account information.

BetMGM will never ask for your log-in information or any other personal or account-related information except to verify your identity when you call us or have asked us to do something.

We ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • Do not reply to the email/SMS.
  • Do not open any attachments or click on URL links contained in the email/SMS.

Forward emails to phishing@leovegas.com for us to investigate and take any necessary actions.
