If you receive a suspicious email or SMS message claiming to be from BetMGM, follow these steps:

1. Verify the sender:

Legitimate Emails / SMS from BetMGM will only come from noreply@betmgm.co.uk. If you receive a communication from any other address claiming to be BetMGM, do not engage with it.

If you are still unsure, reach out through our Live Chat or to our Customer Support email support@betmgm.co.uk and we will advise you accordingly. 

2. Never click on links or open attachments:

Phishing emails often contain malicious links or attachments. Clicking on these can infect your device with malware or lead you to fake websites designed to steal your information.

3. Report the suspicious message:

Forward the suspicious email to phishing@leovegas.com. Our security team will investigate and take appropriate action.

Do not forward suspicious SMS messages. Simply delete them.

Remember: BetMGM will never ask for your password, payment information or other sensitive data via email or SMS.
