If a mistake has been made, the on-duty pit boss is called to the table immediately to assess the error.

If the mistake can be rectified, the game will proceed as normal. However, if the pit boss is unable to reach a resolution, or the oversight has serious implications on the game, all bets are void and reimbursed. 

If you think an error has been made by a live dealer and gone unnoticed by the pit boss, take note of the time or game round number found in the 'History' tab and use the chat facility to bring it to their attention.
