Unfortunately, the Cash-Out feature is only available at certain times throughout the games/matches, and we cannot guarantee that this is available at all times.
If the "cash out" option is shown as being Grey then this means the option is not available. When the function is showing Green then it is available for you to use.
We cannot confirm when and which matches will have this feature available and the availability is at the sole discretion of our odds department, and can be removed as an option without notice, as it is not a guaranteed feature.
