Why haven't I received my reward?
All rewards have their own set of requirements, which you can find on the promo pages of each offer. You may need to opt in to the offer first to earn your reward. You can do this from the ‘My Offers’ page.
If you haven't received your reward, please check the following:
1. Offer requirements:
Verify that you have completed all other requirements for the promotion:
- Confirm that you did not use any other rewards (e.g., Profit Boost) when placing your bet
- If the promotion requires you to opt in, you will need to have opted in/claimed the offer before placing your qualifying bet(s).
If your reward is on sports, please double check that the qualifying bet meets the following requirements:
2. Qualifying bet:
- Check that you have reached, or gone above, the minimum stake for your offer
- Confirm that the bet type (e.g., single, accumulator) matches the requirements of the promotion.
- Ensure the odds of your bet are within the specified range.
- The bet will need to settle before it counts - this can take up to 24 hours.
Please be aware that you are unable to use any other reward or offer, such as a Profit Boost or Free Bet, when placing your qualifying bet. If another reward is used, it will automatically mean that the bet you have placed will not qualify.
We would also recommend checking the promotional period that the reward is valid for, as it could be that you have placed a qualifying bet outside this window.
