For most changes (except your phone number), you’ll need to contact our Customer Support Team. You can reach us easily via Live Chat, or by visiting the Support page while logged in.
Depending on the change, we may ask for supporting documents to help keep your account safe and secure.
Phone Number
You can easily change your phone number by following these steps:
- Navigate to your 'Profile'.
- Locate the 'Personal Info' section.
- Update your phone number.
- Save your changes.
Name, Date of Birth (DOB) or Gender Changes
To protect your account, we'll need to verify any changes to your name, date of birth or gender.
For name changes, we accept:
- Marriage certificate
- Two forms of ID (one showing your previous name & one with your new name)
- Change of name deed poll
For date of birth changes, we accept:
Valid ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence)
For gender changes, we accept:
- Old and new ID (passport or driving licence)

To update your home address, you'll need to provide us with a valid proof of address.

Email address changes
Only the email address used for how we communicate with you will change should you decide to update it – you’ll still need to log in with the same email address as before.
