Making a deposit
We’ve made adding to your balance simple:
- Log In: Access your BetMGM account and find your Wallet from the menu
- Select Method: Choose from one of the many deposit methods we offer
- Enter Amount: Enter how much you want to deposit (some limits apply)
- Final Steps: Follow the actions on-screen prompts to complete your request
Adding a deposit method
To add a new deposit method to your account, simply make a deposit using that method from the options we have available, this includes:
- Google Pay
- VISA/MasterCard
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
Once the transaction is successful, the new payment option will automatically appear in your account.
Why can't I deposit?
- Min. Deposit amounts: Each payment method has a minimum deposit limit. For the full list, check out our What payment methods does BetMGM accept? article
- Active limits: Having limits active on your account could also affect the deposit. To find out more about the limits we offer, please check out the following article: What limits do you offer.
- Pending verification: If your account is still pending verification, this may also affect any deposits you attempt to make. Please ensure that any requested documents have been uploaded and approved before trying to deposit.
Important information
- We don’t apply fees: We don’t charge you for making deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose them, so it’s best to check with them directly if you notice you’ve been charged extra.
- On bank statements: BetMGM is a brand operated by LeoVegas Gaming PLC as a licensed & regulated entity with the Gambling Commission. Payments to us show under the reference BetMGM or LeoVegas on your bank statements.
