Paypal is an E-wallet we accept as a form of payment method. At certain times we may need to verify that the payment method you have used legally belongs to you and is yours to use. Therefore we may request that you submit proof of PayPal; you may see examples and requirements for this document below.

Proof of Paypal:

• The information required must be obtained through your browser. The PayPal app does not show all the information required. 
• Click on the wheel at the top right, which takes you to your account details.
• All the information needs to be visible on the same screenshot/page.
• The Email, Full name, Logo and URL (when necessary) must be shown in the uploaded documents.

Here are examples of what we are looking for:

  • Android browser
  • iOS browser

On a desktop - click the wheel icon in the top right corner; on mobile - tap your avatar.

• Navigate to "data and privacy," then "download your data."
• Scroll down to click "send request"
• PayPal will email the requested document within 48 hours.
• The document will appear as shown in the screenshots below.
