What happens after I submit my documents?
Our system automatically reviews your documents and confirms it via email or SMS within 30 minutes (often much faster). This notification confirms we have your documents; the approval process comes at a later stage.
Once the documents are received, our trained agents will then carefully review your documents to ensure they're valid and complete. This usually takes up to 3 business days.

Are my documents verified?
You'll receive a separate email confirming your documents have been successfully verified.
If your documents are unsuccessful or more information is required, a member of our Support Team will contact you or you can reach out to us directly via Live Chat to receive an immediate response.
Is there anything I should check before submitting the documents?
Before submitting, ensure all required information is clearly visible on your documents. This prevents delays and requests for resubmission.
We’re on it: You might see a status page indicating your documents have been received but not yet verified. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. We're working on it!
